The harvest is determined by the time of sowing
Because of its tolerance to frost, lamb's lettuce is a salad that usually replaces other types of salad in the winter months. The right seeds for every season
When choosing the seeds, pay attention to the information in the planting instructions. Some varieties are ideal for sowing in spring, others develop optimal growth when sowing in autumn. Don't just harvest lamb's lettuce once
Lamb's lettuce has a specialty that makes it particularly valuable and productive in the vegetable patch. When harvesting the lettuce leaves, be sure to carefully separate only the upper part of the plants with scissors or your fingernail. If you leave the roots and the base of the plant undamaged in the soil, you can assume that the lettuce plant will sprout again. This way, lamb's lettuce can be harvested several times in a row from the same plants without having to be sown again.

Tips & Tricks
Only harvest as much of the lamb's lettuce as you can use fresh. If cut off, this salad will only keep for a maximum of one to two days in the refrigerator.
