This also applies if the entire banana plant is infected. In this case, the cut starts on the trunk, just above the ground:
- Height: 2 - 3 centimeters
- only as an emergency measure
To overwinter the banana tree, it may be necessary to transport it to the cellar or winter garden, depending on the type of tree.
