It doesn't make sense to leave the branches in the courts. If you bite on it, a bitter taste will spread. For this reason, we explicitly advise you to only cook the curry herb and remove it before serving.

Furthermore, you can prepare aromatic tea with curry herb, which is said to have a detoxifying effect and also against coughs. Pour about 250 milliliters of boiling water over a tablespoon of curry herb. Then let the tea steep for about five minutes and then strain it.

The tea is also suitable for the external treatment of skin problems - for example as a bath additive.

Be aware, however, that curry herb can cause stomach pain. So enjoy it in moderation.
