Don't panic if the leaves are dying
If the leaves and twigs of the ginger fall off in the fall, there is nothing to worry about. In the case of ginger, only the underground root survives the winter, which then sprouts again in spring. So if you want to experience ginger blossom in the second or third year, you only need to put the ginger root in the pot in the house to overwinter.
