Cut off the flower of the hemp palm better
If the hemp palm develops flowers, it has to use a lot of force. The development of seeds weakens them even more. This slows down growth and the fan palm gets fewer new leaves.
It is therefore advisable to remove the flower from a hemp palm so that the plant can put all its strength into growth.
Only if you want to try growing new hemp palms from seeds do you leave the flower standing so that it can develop into seeds.
Tips
Hemp palms are dioecious. You therefore need a male and a female plant so that the flowers are fertilized and seeds can form. You fertilize yourself with a brush.
