In the wintering quarters: From October to May
That's how it's done:
- before: shorten long shoots
- remove old leaves and flowers

- check regularly and water lightly if necessary
After overwintering (from May) the scented geraniums can move out. The following is important in terms of care in order to prevent the plant from refusing to flower later:
- slowly pour more
- fertilize lightly
- Cut down to 10 cm
- repot if necessary
Tips & Tricks
If flower buds form in winter, they should be broken out. Otherwise they rob the scented geranium too much of its strength.
