Grape juice from the steam extractor

When using a steam juicer, place the washed grapes in the fruit basket. You should remove the thicker stems, otherwise they can release bitter substances into the juice. Pour some water into the bottom pot; Then comes the “mezzanine”, to which the pouring tube is attached, and above it the filled fruit basket, which is closed with a lid. After a short while on the stove, the steam causes juice to leak out of the grapes. This runs through the hose into the bottle you have provided.

Grape juice from the saucepan

The cheapest way to juice grapes is to use an ordinary saucepan. Put the cleaned and coarsely stemmed grapes together with some water in a saucepan, heat them and let them simmer for a quarter of an hour. Now rub the cooked grapes through a sieve to remove the skin, seeds and stems. If you then filter the juice obtained in this way through a cheesecloth, it will be even clearer.

Cold juicing of grapes

The raw juice that is obtained from cold juicing is particularly healthy, but should be consumed as quickly as possible or preserved by boiling. There are various devices available that you can use to cold-juice grapes.

Juice grapes with a berry press

A berry press is great for juicing soft fruits such as grapes. It's a simple device from grandmother's time, in which you put the cleaned grapes, freed from coarse stems, into a funnel (4.63 € at Amazon *) and press out the juice by cranking.

Juice grapes with the (centrifugal) juicer

When you buy a so-called juicer, you usually have a device in your hands in which all types of fruit and vegetables can be juiced very efficiently through the use of centrifugal force. Again, the preparation consists of washing the grapes and removing the thicker stems. The subsequent juicing in the device is quick and fully automatic.

Juice grapes with a juicer

A juicer is a universal device that allows you to juice any type of fruit and vegetable with little effort. The prepared grapes are finely ground in an electric juicer and the resulting juice is collected. Purchasing such a device is worthwhile if you want to enjoy freshly squeezed juice very often.
